This policy describes the tools this site actually uses. It is deliberately short, because the site does very little with data: there is no login, no newsletter, no comment system, no advertising network and no contact form.
Who is responsible for your data
Best Trampoline Australia (besttrampolineaustralia.com) is the data controller. Contact the controller at hello@besttrampolineaustralia.com. All data-protection correspondence goes to that address.
What we collect

We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers or payment details, because there is nothing on this site that would ask for them. We never sell data and we have never shared it with anyone for marketing.

How to change your mind
Clear this site’s data in your browser (Settings → Privacy → Site data, or the padlock icon in the address bar) and the consent banner will appear again on your next visit. Declining costs you nothing — the site works identically either way.
The specific services we use
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Vercel processes request logs on our behalf as a processor. Data may be processed outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic statistics, with IP anonymisation enabled, loaded only after consent. If you never accept, Google Analytics never runs on your visit.
- Amazon Associates Programme (Australia) — affiliate tracking, handled entirely by Amazon after you click a link.
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools — aggregate search performance data. These report on how the site appears in search results and do not give us data about individual visitors.
That is the complete list. If it ever grows, this page is updated the same day.
How long we keep things
- Server logs: retained by our host under their standard retention period.
- Analytics data: retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, then deleted.
- Email correspondence: kept while the matter is open, then deleted.
Your rights
If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already happened. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
In practice, for almost every visitor, the only data that exists is anonymous analytics and a server log entry. Write to hello@besttrampolineaustralia.com and we will act on any request within one month.
Children
This site is written for adults buying equipment for children. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or which tools we use, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to anything requiring consent will re-trigger the consent banner.
